No one expects much from technology these days. With so many apps and things the internet offers, some people end up getting a little tired of so much information and so little reality. That almost happened to us, but when God enters the story and decides to do something, there is nothing that can act against God's plans! We met through a Christian app called "Holy" and it already represented something very special for our relationship as Christians. When we thought our option would be to give up, the Lord made us give each other a new chance, and so it was! After long conversations about Jesus, relationships, and principles, we decided to schedule our first meeting (which was beautiful and full of good feelings). The conversations continued (via Zoom because we were 2 hours away between Maine and Massachusetts). The meetings started happening every weekend in Boston, and so after some confirmations from God, we went on our first special trip to Acadia National Park, in Maine (the photos are in the "a little bit of us" section). That same day, we received a gift from God. It was raining heavily, but we were not frustrated by it because the rain represents God's blessing on something that is about to happen. However, as God always wants to be very clear about everything, that same day, when we were on a beautiful beach, the rain momentarily stopped, the sun appeared, and with it a beautiful rainbow in the sky! At that exact moment, we remembered the covenant that God made with His people, leaving the rainbow as a symbol of that covenant. Our hearts were filled with joy, and peace was present. From that moment, we knew that we were on the right path!

Ninguem espera muito da tecnologia hoje em dia, com tantos aplicativos e coisas que a internet oferece algumas pessoas acabam ficando meio cansadas com tanta informacao e pouca realidade. Isso quase aconteceu conosco, mas quando Deus entra na historia e resolve fazer algo, nao ha nada que possa agir contra os planos de Deus! Nos conhecemos por meio de um aplicativo cristao chamado "Holy" ja representando algo muito especial para nosso relacionamento como cristaos. Quando achavamos que nossa opcao seria desistir, o Senhor nos fez dar uma nova chance um a outro e assim foi! Depois de longas conversas sobre, Jesus, relacionamentos e principios resolvemos marcar nosso primeiro encontro (que foi lindo e cheio de bons sentimentos) as conversas continuaram, (Via zoom porque estavamos ha 2 horas de distancia entre Maine e Massachussetts) Os encontros comecaram a acontecer todos os finais de semana em Boston, e assim depois de algumas confirmacoes de Deus fizemos nosso primeiro passeio especial no Parque nacional da Acadia (as fotos estao na sessao "alittle bit of us"). Nesse mesmo dia recebemos um presente de Deus, estava chovendo muito mas nao nos frustramos com isso porque a chuva representa a bencao de Deus sobre algo que esta para acontecer, porem como Deus sempre quer ser bem claro em tudo, nesse mesmo dia, quando estavamos em uma linda praia a chuva momentaneamente parou, o sol apareceu e com ele um lindo arco-ires no ceu! Naquele exato momento lembramos sobre a alianca que Deus fez com seu povo deixando o arco iris como simbolo dessa alianca, nosso coracao se encheu de alegria, a paz se fez presente e desde entao, sabiamos que estavamos no caminho certo!
